I had the pleasure of working with Saravanakumar on a global digital workplace services transition for a large, mutli-national corporate client. We had the task to move service desk support for 42 countries into 4 Atos delivery centers supporting 13 languages with 24 hour support. The scale was massive and Sarav was totally new to this role. However he put on a smile, rolled up his sleeves and got to work. He was determined to see this project through to completion using his existing skills and new skills that he was eager to gain along the way. He grew leaps and bounds during this project, leaving uncertainty behind and embracing the need to lead! He developed and lead the User Acceptance Testing including developing a tool to automate test scripts and scorecards. His meticulous work enabled us to deliver results to our client within 1 hour of a UAT session ending across multiple time zones. His UAT project was so successful that other Atos transitions inquired about using his tool. Overall Sarav is a strong, fine project manager with attention to detail, multi-tasking capabilities, outstanding relationship and communication skills, top notch problem solving skills and a desire to add value! He is a joy to work with, and an absolute gem of a human being.

If you need a proven performer who communicates effectively and is a great team player, Sarav is the one! Oh and he speaks German which came in handy on our project. I highly recommend Sarav.
